Information we collect
We collect account information, workspace details, content you choose to schedule, and the operational data needed to provide SyncUpSocial. When you connect a social platform, we collect authorization tokens, account identifiers, profile information, permissions, publishing status, and analytics made available by that platform.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate publishing workflows, process subscriptions, secure the service, provide support, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers and connected platforms when needed to deliver the service, process payments, host data, send transactional email, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Website analytics
When enabled, we use PostHog to measure visits to our public website, traffic sources, time spent with the page visible, and sign-up link clicks. This integration uses cookieless analytics without storing an analytics identifier in your browser. We do not send account information, form contents, or URL queries and fragments, and we do not enable session recordings. Analytics requests include technical network information processed by PostHog to estimate anonymous visitors. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Data security and retention
We use access controls, encryption, private media delivery, and operational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. We retain information only while needed for the service, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information. You can disconnect supported social accounts and revoke platform access from the applicable platform settings.
